Dear Vendula,

I just wanted to send a quick thank you for all your help in getting my holiday off to a good start.

Your driver(s) were very polite and easy to hold a conversation with during our transfer to and from the airport. The acommodation was wonderful. The acommodation was clead, tidy and spacious and we felt very happy, relaxed and "at home"during our stay.

Please pass on my thanks to Margrit for her help and for renting such a lovely apartment to us. I hope everything was ok for her after we had left. I tried to leave the apartment almost as clean and tidy as we found it on our arrival.

Just to say thank you for a lovely weekend in Prague. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay in the appartment.
We could not have chosen a better place to stay. The appartment was lovely, beautifully kitted out for us as well as convenient to all the local sights.

I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone visiting your beautiful city

Many thanks. We had a lovely stay at the apartments and in Prague generally. What a beautiful city. The people running the apartments were very friendly and helpful and were able to fix a problem with the plumbing within a few hours and gave us an alternative shower in the duration. The only problem we had were the noisy revellers returning to the apartment in the early hours of the morning. The stairwell echoes with their loud discussions. I'm not sure what they could do about that.

One suggestion would be to have one double bed in the triple bedroom apartment, as all were singles.

We were in Prague from 7th Sept to 11th Sept and used the transfer service whilst we were there. We would like to take this opportunity to praise our driver, Petr Hajek, for excellent service. He was prompt, extremely helpful and passed on his local knowledge which was very helpful. His customer service skills are to be commended and hope you are able to pass on our thanks, once again, to Petr.

We will definately recommend your transfer services and all the accomodation bookings etc, which were undertaken in a very professional manner.

Thank you for the alternative suggestion of the Hotel Hoffmeister. It is a great hotel and well located for both sides of the river. I enjoyed my stay very much. Please pass this on to the Hotel if you wish. I will gladly recommend anyone to stay in this hotel if they are visiting Prague.
