Hotels usually offer single, double, triple or larger rooms and suites. However, not all the hotels have twin rooms or other room types with separate beds. It is always better to specify your preference of double/separate beds in the "Special requests+notes" space on the order form.
Apartments are similar in this, only they are described differently (studio, large apartment etc.).
The description of the room of any indiviudal hotel or apartment that we offer always includes number of beds (2, see example below) and number of possible extra beds (1), name of the room and price in CZK and other currency. It is possible to convert the currency by selecting a different one from the provided list in the upper part of the price table. The exchange rate is derived from the current rate of Czech National Bank and changes every day.

In case you will need to have extra beds in the room, there is a special fee that you can see below the main body of the price table. The order form will always remind you to fill in the extra beds, if you need more beds in one room and the number of persons is not equal with the number of beds.
The price is always per room, only if you need extra beds, the extra bed charge will be added. The only exception are dorm beds in hostels.
Most hotels are able to give discounts to children, please always ask about it in the order form "Special requests+notes" space or by e-mail.

This is, of course, only rough description to give you an idea about what the hotel categories mean. Individual hotels might differ, but the standard of their service is still appropriate to their rating.
Apartments mostly don't offer breakfast.

Booking with us is quite easy. When you open our "Accommodation" section, you have two possibilities. Either you can search a hotel according to different criteria (date, location, price, rating) or when you already know the name of the hotel, you can choose it from the complete list of our hotels and apartments that appears right below the "Special offer" frame.
On every individual hotel page, you will see photos, description, fully booked dates, price list and order form. The fully booked dates are mostly only informative, as the number of vacancies changes very fast and it is impossible to keep up with it. We keep updating it all the time, though.
If the room seems available, you can send us an e-mail to check availability or directly fill in the order form. If you decide to fill in the order form and send it through, you should get an automatic receipt e-mail containing your order number in a few minutes. In case you don't receive this e-mail at all, it is better to get in touch with us by some other means, as there is probably something wrong with the e-mail address that you filled in.

Filling in the order form makes the booking process easier as we can immediatelly start working on your reservation. In case the hotel is not available for the requested dates, we can keep the alternative hotels for you until you decide.
On the other hand if you decide to send us an e-mail first to ask about availability, we can keep the hotel that we offer you only for 1 day, which can make the process more complicated.
We can assure you that we never book an alternative hotel or apartment for you unless you give us permission.Therefore the contact info that you fill in in the order form, especially a reliable and correct e-mail address, is very important as we need to be in touch with you to sort out all the details of your reservation to your satisfaction.
When the reservation is made for you, you will receive a "Confirmation" from us that will serve you as a voucher when you arrive in Brno. Please don't forget to print it out and take it with you as it contains vital information (address of your hotel, contact phone numbers and other instructions).
Our company also offers transfer service from the airport and train stations. The transfer can be booked together with accommodation when you know your flight or train details. It can be also added to your accommodation reservation later and in that case, you will get a new confirmation containing the transfer instructions and price.
If you wish to book only transfer with our company, you can use our separate "Transfer" section.

The private tours content can be altered according to your individual wishes. Please, use the "Special requests+Notes" section of the tour boooking form.
The credit card information that you submit in the order form is confidential and will be used ONLY on your request or to cover the cancellation fees. The payment for the accommodation, transfers and tours is in most cases done after arrival at the hotel, directly to the tour guide or driver.
However, some hotels require payment in advance by credit card, but this is always expressed on the individual hotel page by the following note:
Please notice important exception: The payment for this hotel is available only ahead by charging your credit card.
If you decide to pay in advance by credit card for your convenience, 5% for covering the bank fees will be added to the total price.
In case you don't posses a credit card, it is still possible to fill in the order form without submitting the cc number. It is enough when you tick the little box beside the sentence:
The order will come to us and we can hold the rooms for you at least preliminarily.
We accept payment by bank transfer for the first night of the stay as a guarantee instead of the credit card details.
By mutual agreement the advance payment of the first night cost will be required for all group travel or when the amount for the first night exceeds 10 000 CZK (approx 330 EUR).
If you decide to alter your reservation (e.g. number of persons, dates, type or number of rooms, any transfer or tour details), please let us know by e-mail containing your order number and name. If you don't hear back from us in 24 hrs, please get in touch with us by some other means (phone, fax), as we probably didn't receive your e-mail. Reservation changes for individuals or small groups are free of charge. Group reservations might differ in this, but it depends on individual circumstances (number of persons in the group, number of rooms, time remaining to the arrival etc.).
If you decide to cancel your hotel reservation, please let us know by e-mail or phone in urgent cases. The cancellation must be made at least 2 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Please always check the cancellation conditions for each hotel because they can differ a little even though we try to keep it the same at every hotel.Failing to do so, might result in having to pay the cancellation fee (cost of the first night of your stay will be withdrawn from your credit card). When your reservation is cancelled, you will get a cancellation confirmation from us. If you don't hear back from us in 24 hrs, please get in touch with us by some other means (phone, fax), as we probably didn't receive your e-mail.
Transfer should be cancelled at latest 2 hours prior to your scheduled arrival at the airport or train station. If there are any considerable changes in your flight or train schedule, please call our office or emergency number (+420 - 721 859 934). Failing to inform us about the flight or train changes, even in cases caused by the airline or rail company, or failing to use the arranged transfer will result in having to pay the cancellation fee, which is the whole cost of the arranged transfer.
If you decide to cancel a tour that has been already confirmed to you, you should cancel it at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour. The cancellation fee in case you fail to do so and don't show up at the agreed time is the full cost of the tour.
If you have any problem with the accommodation or other service we have arranged, please inform us immediately (all complaints must be registered while you are in Brno) - this is the only way how we can resolve the situation as soon as possible. Unfortunately, until we know about a problem or complaint, we can not assist. In case of later (after your departure) complains we do not carry any liability for any problems.

We promise to make sure that the service we agreed to provide is fullfiled with reasonable skill and care. We will accept responsibility if any failure or mistake in your travel arrangements is caused by our employees ľ our travel consultants. However, as we are solely intermediary between clients and service suppliers, we will not take responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or any other claim when the fault is clearly caused by the service suppliers (for example hotel, apartment owner, driver, guide etc).
